We found our roots with Keki Modern Cakes in Chinatown, where a dream turned into a local favorite. Now with Let’s Bounce, we’re excited to carry that spirit forward — staying true to our neighborhood, spreading a little more happiness, and bouncing ahead together.

Hailing from Osaka Japan, Keki’s famous bouncy cheesecakes are light and silky in texture and melt in your mouth! Made with locally sourced fresh ingredients, our cheesecakes feature Organic Grass Fed Milk, Amish Cream Cheese, and Organic Free-Range Eggs. All this fresh goodness makes our cheesecakes bounce and dance with delight!

Our take on the classic New York Cheesecake, we took perfection and perfected it! Each cake takes two labor intensive days to construct and consists of two different layers of premium cheeses encompassed by a layer of crème fraîche. (These cakes are purchased frozen and requires 2-3 hours to defrost)

Sponge Cake (Castella) 1

SPONGE CAKE (CASTELLA)

Our Castella sponge cakes come from a mystical place in Taiwan called Danshui (pronounced Dan Sway). We at Keki ventured far and away to this magical land and brought back to you these awesome cakes! Each batch is made with 53 organic free-range eggs, Organic Grass-Fed Milk and Non-GMO flour. The batter is then poured into a 50×24 inch pan which is then baked to perfection. Our highly trained staff then proceeds to measure and slice the cakes with surgical precision into 10 perfectly shaped and identical cakes. Each cake is then branded with our Keki logo ensuring you that they passed the Keki goodness test.
